Artikel enthält Affiliate Links | Eigentlich war dieser Reviewpost über das Jahr 2017 fest für die erste Januarwoche geplant, wie so oft kommt dann aber doch alles anders als man denkt. Nur wenige Tage nach Silvester hat uns leider eine heftige Grippewelle erwischt. Nacheinander lagen wir in den letzten zwei Wochen allesamt flach. Nachdem ich zuerst meine Mutter und dann parallel noch die beiden Kinder behüten konnte, waren irgendwann auch meine letzten Kräfte aufgebraucht und die Grippe schlug auch bei mir zu. In solchen Stresssituation wird einem schlagartig bewußt, sich nur noch auf das Wesentliche zu konzentrieren. Man lässt instinktiv alles, was gerade nicht so wichtig erscheint, links liegen. Ein passendes chinesisches Sprichwort besagt: ‚Wenn du in Eile bist, dann gehe langsam‘- weise Worte, die ich versuche, im Jahr 2018 auch in gesunden Zeiten konsequenter umzusetzen. Denn ich habe gemerkt, dass viele Dinge oder Projekte nicht gleich davonlaufen, wenn sie nicht sofort oder zeitgleich erledigt werden. Im Gegenteil, man kann vom bewußten „sich Zeit nehmen“ gleich in vielerlei Hinsicht profitieren – sowohl, was die eigene Gesundheit angeht, als auch bei der Produktivität. Ich wünsche mir und euch, meine lieben LeserInnen, dass ihr die Zeit nicht nur als einen Zeitmangel anseht, sondern als einen guten Freund. Trotz unserer modernen Multi-Tasking Lebensweise sollten wir all jenen Dingen, die wir erledigen müssen, wieder die Achtsamkeit und Zeit geben, die sie verdienen.
